A study recently released through cellular application vendor Vlingo states twenty six percent of mobile phone users questioned acknowledge to Texting While Driving. The highest number of offenders are in Tennessee, with forty two percent of individuals saying they text behind the wheel, as Arizona drivers came in lowest at 18.8 percent.
