After the first few days of motivated weight loss attempts with your gorgeous new figure on your mind, the anticipation often starts to disappear quickly when the scale does not show fast weight loss If we don't see effects within the first days or week, often we get discouraged and start cheating on our diet Why going through all the trouble of weight loss when it doesn't work anyway?
